To commemorate the opening of America’s accessory brand COACH in Busan Shinsege, they will be holding ‘COACH Taste Makers Tote Project’ event. Famous people will personally design handbags for auction, which including about 20 people such as talent Kim HyunJoong, Kim Bum, Kang HyeJung, Kim JiSoo, Lee SeungYeon, Lee HaNa, singers Son Dambi, model Song KyungAh, Kim DaWool, designer Kim YoungSuk, Kim JaeHyun, Dillon, etc.
The bag that is being modified for this event is the COACH canvas tote bag which was inspired by Bonnie Cashin’s paper shopping bag in 1962. The famous people will complete their own handbags with individuality by various means such as coloring markers, dyes, fabrics, beads, etc.
The completed tote bag will be exhibited in Busan Shinsege Centum City from 27-Mar till 5-Apr. Auction will be done through internet site www.coachtote.co.kr between 20-Mar and 06-Apr, full amount raised from the auction will be donated to Children’s Foundation.
