*sighs* so this one wasn't that much better. i think it might have been crazier than last nights, if not for one of the last scenes in this episode. what is happening to this drama?! oh pls, pls get back on track. please...
Ee Jung
Soujiro never struck me as a jerk. or that horribly messed up. but Ee Jung? well, he's cracked. not that i really blame him. his family is pretty messed up.
but that doesn't mean he can treat Ga Eul the way he did. when Yuki pushed Soujiro too far, he was mean, but never outright cruel. Soujiro was that plus more. taking her out on a date, then picking up girls in front of her, and then going to dinner with his father and offering her to him. as much as i do not like Ga Eul, she is a saint... cause i would have done more than tossed water on him. i would have inflicted bodily harm. and she was even there to help him back into his house, and after that they're chummy all over again?! no. what Ee Jung did is a big no no in my book. i never wanted to smack any Soujiro's before, and i'm annoyed that this drama makes me want to do that.
Joon Pyo/Jae Kyung
this is not right. this, plus another supposed to be non-existant pairing had to much time together. =S and why do i feel like Joon Pyo being with Jae Kyung wouldn't be a mistake, aside from the fact that i know he's not supposed to?! he warmed up to her last episode. and no he's barely putting up a fight when she's wants to do something or go out. =S i'm so frustrated with this. so frustrated i can't think of anything else to write here but that. the only thing that really pops up in my head when i think about their scenes is "aAz;sgn;sgh;oihFKDHG;O"
and god, the grocery shopping. "asdfhaskifhaigaweirg23;5iugafjga... JOON PYO SNAP OUT OF IT!"
Ji Hoo+Ji Hoo/Jan Di
first on Ji Hoo. my poor baby is really being put through hell isn't he. unrequited love (well, it's supposed to be... but it somehow doesn't seem like it anymore) and now having to finally deal with his estranged grandfather. why oh why are they making Ji Hoo's life so miserable?
his first confrontation with his grandfather. i honestly didn't think he would be...as furious as he was. not that he shouldn't have been. but i just wasn't expecting him to be like that. i expected him to be cold... definitely cold towards his grandfather. i think i was expecting less fury, and more sad? lol, i don't know what i'm saying.
but i got what i was expecting anyway. a wet, grieved Ji Hoo in the rain, wallowing in his own pain. and this is where i forget i'm watching a hanadan adaptation.
after wallowing in the rain, Ji Hoo returns home, where Jan Di has been waiting for him, after he disappeared, and collapses in her arms. and so she nurses him, because of course he's going to get sicks walking out in the rain. and she stares at him, feeling the pain he's having to go through, and strokes his cheek. before she pulls away, he grabs her hand, and stay like that for god knows how long.
so... who's Joon Pyo?! cause at that moment, Jan Di and Joon Pyo are so OTP, and Joon Pyo does not exist in this drama. as much as i loved that tenderness in this moment (and every moment that the two of them have had since the start of the second season) this is so not right! if the writers were always intending to put these two together and were just fooling us that Joon Pyo and Jan Di were going to be together, i think i'll cry. *cries*imissmyotp*cries
Jan Di/Evil Mom
well... safe to say Jan Di's still not come completely back. because she doesn't say much when Joon Pyo's evil mom shows up at her place. i was so, so disappointed that she didn't snap back to her spunky self and tell evil mom to mind her own business. =S really, really sad.
Jan Di's support system
one of the few smiles i got from watching the episode. i think i'll like the friendship dynamic, no matter how crazy this drama gets.
The Truth Game
this is probably the only time we get to see and honest Joon Pyo/Jan Di moment. and i'm hoping that what was revealed in this scene will trigger the reconciliation between the two. it really is long overdue. Joon Pyo has no plans on letting Jan Di go (contrary to what he's been doing how many episodes now). but it was heart breaking to hear Jan Di say her promise to Joon Pyo that she made on the expressway is no longer valid... cause those two people don't exist anymore. *heartbreaks*
another reason to love that scene:
the fanservice! =D that and Woo Bin's answer to his question was highly amusing. i was expecting the maid storyline to start in this episode. but i guess that won't be till next week. =S i hope they end this love-quad next week. i don't really know what'll become of me if they don't go back to normal. | |
