The day when ‘ズッコケミンホ’ received the Best Newcomer Award.
ご無沙汰しておりましたが、皆さんいかがお過ごしですか？
Please forgive me for not writing for a while, how is everyone getting along?
しばらく忙しかったので、すっかりご報告が遅くなってしまいましたが、百想藝術大賞で新人賞を頂くことができました。応援してくださった皆さん、お祝いを伝えてくださった皆さんに、ここで改めて感謝申し上げたいと思います。本当にどうもありがとうございました。
This update became very late because I was busy for quite some time. I got the award for the Best Newcomer for the 45th BAEKSANG Awards. Everyone who supported me, everyone who wished me, I will like to express my gratitude once again from here. Thank you very much.
新人賞が大事な理由は、一生でたった一度しか貰うことができない賞だからだそうですね。
皆さんだけに僕の内心をお話するなら…実は、授賞式当日は朝から期待でとってもわくわくしていました。人気賞と新人賞両方の候補にしていただいたという話を聞いた時から、特に新人賞受賞を夢見ていましたから。
The reason why Best Newcomer Award is important is because it is an award which we can only receive once in a lifetime. I will say my inner feelings only to you... Actually, on the day of the award ceremony, from morning onwards I was very excitedly looking forward to it. When I knew that I was nominated for both Popularity and Newcomer Award, especially the Newcomer Award which I dreamt of winning it.
信じられないことにレッドカーペットでコケてしまって、‘ズッコケミンホ’というあだ名を付けられちゃったけど^^ (皆さんもそのことは既にご存知ですよね?)
The unbelievable thing was I tripped at the red carpet, thus, because of that I got a nickname "zukkoke minho" ^^ ( Everyone should also know about this incident right?)
‘新人賞’をもらった瞬間の誠実な姿勢と気持ちを忘れずにこれからも頑張りますので、どうぞ変わらぬご関心と激励をいただけますよう、宜しくお願いします！
Without forgetting the sincere attitude and feeling when I received the Newcomer Award, I will continue to work hard and so, I hope I can continuously receive all the constant encouragements and concerns. Thank you!

The highlighted word in pink, I'm really not very sure of it coz I checked and there's a few meaning to it so I decided not to do a translation. Leave it to everyone to fill in their own blanks :)
Zukkoke: it could mean (1) not the norm; (2) foolish; (3) stupid or as a verb it means to fall down.
