SS501 held their ‘Asia Tour PERSONA in HongKong’ concert on 12-Dec afternoon at HongKong Expo Arena, driving the crowd of 7,000 Hong Kong fans wild. All of SS501’s concert tickets, including standing and seated, were sold out.
In this concert, SS501 performed songs such as ‘Love Like This’, ‘Only One Day’, ‘Green Peas’, etc, which were included in their ‘Rebirth’ album which was released in October. At the end of the concert, SS501 raised the excitement with a surprise appearance with special effects of falling snow and Santa Clause costume. SS501’s representative said “Many Hong Kong fans were there to welcome SS501 at the airport when they arrive on the 10th. They cheered for them with endless applause at the concert. Hong Kong media also show their interest in each and every move of SS501, making us get an actual feeling of SS501’s popularity in HongKong.”
Hong Kong media did a detailed report, such as SS501’s arrival details at Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport on 10-Dec, and meeting the fans, etc, showing their extreme interest. 30 over security team members were mobilized at Chek Lap Kok Airport for SS501’s arrival.
SS501 will attend ‘Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards 2009’ on 14-Dec. Kim HyunJoong will be honorably triple-crowned with ‘Buzz International Single’, ‘KR TOP Buzz Artiste’, ‘Taiwan TOP Buzz Korean Artiste’ at this award ceremony. SS501 will also receive the award for ‘Buzz International Group’.
SS501 will return on 15-Dec afternoon, and will fly to Tokyo Japan on 19-Dec for ‘SS501 Christmas Show’.
